Shipping Information

If you place your order before 3pm, we can generally process and ship your order the same business day provided your order is in stock.  If your order is out of stock or requires additional shipping requirements, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Expected delivery times:

• Urban Delivery within South Island – 1-3 business days*
• Urban Deliver to North Island - 2-5 business days*
• Rural Delivery – Expect additional 2-3 days delivery*

* Please note that the addition of Dangerous Goods (resins, acetone, catalysts/hardners etc) may take an additional 2 days on top of the above.

Once your order is placed, an email will be sent to you with tracking information.

Shipping cost is based on product weight and charges vary depending on where delivery is to in New Zealand.
